Some Good News!

Finally I have read a news story that makes me happy! Check it out: Fewer Bosozoku! It is interesting to note that this decrease was not caused by the police doing anything at all. What do the police do in Japan? Collect their salaries and eat ramen?

Tobacco smoke dulls child brains!

Here is another reason to stop smoking and to support a ban on smoking in public places as well as to encourage smoke-free homes!

Don't worry if you can't understand everything.....just scan the story and try to discover the main points. Write them down and bring them to class for me to check. Also, make a list of all of the new vocabulary words and put them in your notebooks!
